Our website! Please explore the links on the left hand side of this page to learn more about who we are and what we do in the community. If you have recently received ambulance services from us, take a moment to fill out our client survey and let us know how we’re doing.

We provide EMS Service Coverage to Alberta Municipalities of Halkirk, Castor, Coronation, Veteran, Consort, County of Paintearth No.18 and Special Areas No.2 and 4

If you require an ambulance Dial 9-1-1 now.

PLEASE:

-Have your address and phone number available: This includes your physical address (ie land location) and a phone number which you can directly be reached at in case of changes. A basic set of directions are also helpful, especially for rural locations.

-Provide a brief overview of what happened and the current condition of the patient (or patients) This include details like. ..

How many people need help?
Are there any hazards present (for example a vehicle on its side or a violent person?)
The patient’s age, gender and current condition (are they awake? Are they breathing?)
Known medical conditions
Do not hang up until the dispatcher tells you to. They may have more instructions for you need additional information.
